Tried to scam me
FYI this review is about thepowerdelivery.vn (the name is a bit generic, so just to make sure)
This company tried to scam me out of my money.
1) they listed an item on their website as available that they did not have and let me buy it and pay for it (bank transfer) - lie number 1
2) they send me an email, claiming my order was successful (!) - lie number 2
3) they never contacted me again! Then I had to message them when after several days I realized the product still hadn't arrived. They just said the product is not available, no apology, no refund offered - I had to ask for a refund.
4) They said they had refunded the money, BUT THEY HADN'T. So this is the third time they lied to me.
5) They made it more difficult for me by asking me to send the bank details again (that I had just sent 2 days before)
6) Finally they refunded the money, after A LOT of wasted time. And someone less persistent would have lost their money with these guys.
