Every time I step into The Perfume Shop, I make sure Tom is the one serving me — and honestly, I wouldn’t want it any other way. His fragrance knowledge is second to none; whether it’s a niche scent or a classic staple, Tom always knows the story behind it, how it wears, and who it suits.
What really sets him apart though is his energy — bubbly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He makes you feel like you’re shopping with a friend who happens to be a fragrance expert. I never feel rushed or pressured, and he somehow always knows what I’ll love before I even know it myself.
Tom is the only person I trust to help me in-store. His passion, incredible personality, and attention to detail make every visit an experience rather than just a purchase.
Can’t recommend him enough!

Came in for a wedding gift for my husband to be and Tom was absolutely amazing he really helped us with all our needs and even though I was tempted to go to boots for the same product he offered the nice gift wrapping and mentioned the nice little freebies which made me purchase the product

A member of staff (Tom) was very attentive and hard working on finding me the perfect fragrance. He took me through a array of scents, whilst also being very patient and humorous in my search.

I always shop at The Perfume Shop because they consistently have the best deals! Every time I visit, I find amazing offers on all my favourite fragrances. The prices are always unbeatable. The Leeds Trinity perfume shop did not disappoint at all. The staff are friendly and really helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for perfumes.
