I paid for 2 x perfume , 1 for my son ,1 for myself .told it was to be sent from your wearhouse, told I had to take back, yet it is not what I asked and paid for ,this at my expence ,( I requested ,but she would not send a prepaid postage), I have to return it inperson to one of your stores .and then told we dont sell that in a perfume for men . and the refund will be 2 to 3 days .. the manager did offer to extend the 90 days and offered a "free be" of some kind by way of sorry . your mistake ,my problem. .

Great customer service, Lel at the taunton branch was great, gave my many options for my likings, was very knowledgeable. I only buy anything if she is in!

I went into the perfume shop in Taunton today the one on the parade and I have to say I was greeted by a lady called Alison who was the most helpful person ever. I would absolutely like to leave a review to say how pleased I was with the service and the price.

I visited the Perfume Shop in Taunton today and was served by Alison. I was not sure of the perfume I wanted so Alison asked me what sort of fragrance U liked and went on to suggest a few options giving me samples to smell. I took the slips to smell and give me time to chose. I went back later and purchased one of her recommendations. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant too.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was served by a lovely lady called Lel and she was easily able to find me what I was looking for.

We had such a great experience! Ellia was extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose our wedding perfumes!

I was served yesterday 26th June by a fantastic member of staff in the Taunton store called Lel. Nothing was too much trouble. Lel was really helpful in assisting me with buying a gift for my friend & even accommodated my request to repackage the set in a different way to make it easier for me to take home. It was gift - wrapped beautifully with a personalised bow. Her attention to detail & customer service is amazing. A real asset to your company! THANKS LEL!!!

Just received exceptional customer service, once again, by Kerry (the store manager & (assistant) Allison.

Allison was a great help today, giving me her own personal advice and expertise, whilst helping choose few new fragrances perfect for the summer.

I’m always greeted with smiles at the door. polite, well mannered are just a few to mention. Regardless of who’s working, they are always go above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. this is standard day in day out, they definitely practice what the preach.

I’m a familiar face in the Taunton branch. I stop by from time to time just to try new samples and not purchase anything, I still receive the same customer service.

I've been visiting taunton store for 7 years all the staff are really helpful always going the extra mile I always go to Kerry as she is always bubbly and ready to help and i always get a sample which is am extra touch and gives you the incentive to buy something new always a pleasure

Im a regular customer since 2019, But started online shopping this month only. My shop is in Taunton, one of the staff there is excellent 👌

Walked in, knew what I was getting, chose it and then Lel twisted my arm! She introduced me to a much nicer, stronger scent (Stronger With You Intensely) and it was beautiful - so I bought it. Lel is a fabulous sales person who didn't need to apply any pressure as her experience, knowledge and kindness was simply enough.
