Amazing customer service very helpful and polite. Zainab ( staff member )was extremely patient with us and was very kind. Really good experience at the perfume shop would definitely recommend.

I visited the store to get a new fragrance and the help and advice given by Denise was exceptional. She went out of her way to get the right aftershave for me as well as helping me throughout the process

Popped into silverburn and was greeted by the lovely Emma, she was very friendly. I was in looking for samsara which emma was able to pin point right away. She explained there was a 20% offer on in the store so my friend and I both purchased. Emma also signed us up for members cards. Will definitely be back, friendly and knowledgeable young lady

At a busy time of year the girls in the store were cheery and happy to help anyone that came into the store.

The young lady who assisted me with my purchase was excellent and knowledgeable. I only had a photograph of perfume. She had to “source” it online , as it was not in shop. Arranged for it to be delivered. She also checked to see if i had loyalty card. (I had forgotten) Excellent serivce

Emma at Silverburn was so patient with myself (an older generation) and I wish the management would pay notice to an excellent nature and front of house person that the company ought to be proud of.
I do hope that she gets some recognition for her service.

I went into the silverburn branch with no idea what I was wanting to get, Denise from the store was wonderful and walked me through everything. She also helped me pick out some add ons that I never knew I could get. Was a wonderful experience I couldn’t recommend more
