Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry that the product you were looking for was unavailable at our Perth store and that this meant you had to place your order online instead.
While we always aim to have a wide range of fragrances available across our stores, unfortunately individual store stock can vary and certain products or sizes may sell out.
Where an item isn't available in store, our team may also be able to arrange a Store to Door order, subject to online stock availability, so the product can be ordered for you in store and delivered directly to your chosen address.
We appreciate that having the product available locally would have been more convenient and apologise for any disappointment caused.

leasant and friendly. I was not rushed and when I didn't like the perfumes she just kept going until she found one that I liked. She gift wrapped the perfume for me and it was put in a lovely little gift bag. Naila also pointed out the personalised ribbon which, at £1.99 was a lovely addition to the gift and finished it off beautifully.
Naila is a credit to your company. I hope you appreciate just how good she is at the job.

Lovely Service
