Popped into the forge shopping centre branch today to pick up a wee gift for my wife. Emma who served me was very friendly and helpful. Very chatty and engaging. Brilliant customer service from her. There was no rushing and Emma ensured I got what I needed. Brilliant

From the moment I interested the store to leaving I was embraced with friendly vibes and made to feel like I was in a shangra-la!

Rebecca and her team gave me their undivided attention and during our 15 minute encounter enriched me with product knowledge and added their own $0.02; considering their length of service in the industry it was well received.

I’m based in the southside of Glasgow and pass another 4 stores never mind a myriad of other fragrance suppliers but can say with certainty this is my only place to purchase parfums in the city! 5******

Was served by Rebecca today while having a wee look with my teenage son,had no clue what we were looking for and as usual (been before and again looked after by Rebecca)Rebecca was very helpful and patient and let us smell lots and lots of her suggestions after listening to the notes we liked. We both came home with a purchase and a few samples as well ,thanks to Rebecca and her patience. Nothing was too much trouble for her she's a credit to your company.

Rebecca gave me many options and showed me what was best to get depending on what I wanted. Emma made it great as well and I was given some free samples to leave with. Was a great experience and will definitely be back.

Rebecca was so helpful, gave me All the information I needed to purchase the perfect aftershave for my son’s birthday. Took the time to gift wrap it and has made my day start off stress free , and I’m sure my son will be very happy with his gift. I’ve always just picked up aftershave and perfume wherever without any thought, the service and help with a smile from the team will have the perfume shop in the forge my go to for aftershave and perfume .

Thank you Leah for sorting out my gift voucher today 06/07/25 as it would not go through in the East Kilbride shop. I had to go all the way from East Kilbride to the Forge as the Manager in East Kilbride said she could not do anything and I had to either phone customer service or go to the shop where the voucher was purchased she completely washed her hands of the situation. This was a Mother’s Day gift from my daughter who had to meet me at the forge to get this resolved. Thank you again Leah for taking the time to help me.

I was looking for a perfume to suit my skin. Rebecca was extremely helpful in suggesting scents and letting me try them out. She was very knowledgeable on the type of perfume notes and found a scent for me. She was very patient and so dedicated to helping. A credit to the Parkhead store and the company overall. Highly recommend the customer service.
