Came into this store clueless, but was greeted by this lovely girl who was super friendly and genuine! Ella was patient with all my needs and questions, and helped me find the perfect gifts, which I stupidly left till the day before. As someone who does all my shopping online, due to anxiety, Ella made me feel at ease. She wrapped my purchases whilst asking me about my day and even cracked a few jokes.
