My experience with perfume shop is great i have been buying perfume for the past 20 years every time I go to perfume shop i will spend money on perfume in Harrow the team is great and very helpful i really appreciate all the help they give me specially the management and miss JAISHI

Ana is exceptionally good. So friendly yet professional. Was attentive and made recommendations based on what we wanted. She was very patient with our multiple questions too 😊. She was so good that we did make multiple purchases. Would go back to the same store because of the level of service we now know we can expect! Thank you Ana 😊

Thankyou for been so friendly and helpful and professional when I came into Harrow yesterday and Bought some Kuros aftershave I had forgotten my reward card and Jaishri was able to help by putting my points on my card through. MY email thankyou..also there was a blonde lady there aswell who was very helpful and professional as well and was working very hard filling up the shelves with lovely perfumes

I recently purchased a bottle of Mont Blanc Individuel perfume from Unit 13B at your Harrow location. As there was no tester available in-store, I made the purchase based solely on the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, after trying it, I found that the scent does not suit me.

I fully understand and respect your refund and hygiene policies, and I know these guidelines must be followed.

However, I was quite disappointed by the customer service I received when I returned to the store. One of your colleagues simply told me to either “start liking it” or “give it to a friend,” without offering any meaningful assistance or alternative solution. At the very least, I would have appreciated being shown other fragrance options as a gesture of goodwill.

Additionally, when I contacted your support team via email and provided my loyalty card number — showing over 10 years of purchase history with no prior refund requests — I received the same unhelpful response. No one asked for feedback on the fragrance or showed any interest in resolving the issue.

I’m writing to express my disappointment, not just with the product but with the overall service experience. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and consider ways to improve how such situations are handled, especially for long-standing customers.

Jaishri was very helpful and friendly, very good customer service

The staff in harrow , st Anne’s shopping centre were both very polite and accommodating, eager to help and advice. I collected my deodorant, and Jaishri served me, very polite and courteous.
I will return to buy more soon.
