I visited the Gloucester branch and was amazed at the quality of service
I visited the Gloucester branch and was helped by Vishali and Lottie. I had two issues; 1. I had no idea what new perfume to get my wife. 2. I was suffering from a type of neurodivergent burnout that made me hypersensitive to the lighting and sound in the shop, causing me to stutter badly. Both Vishali and Lottie were instantly sympathetic and immensely patient. I asked them to use their expertise to suggest the best ‘once removed’ perfume from my wife’s current favourite. They spent over 10 minutes discussing what might be best, offering samples, debating alternatives and then delivering a perfume my wife LOVES! I have visited the shop since as the quality of service, the professionalism of Vishali and Lottie, and their simple patience and kindness make this the ideal place to go if you are 1. A partner with little idea on perfumes or 2. A person needing a little extra help in communicating. And if like me, it’s both, there is simply no other place to go!
