Beyond Disability friendly & Professional
The staff are amazing! Annie & Ellie are outstanding! I went into the store to purchase the new Moschino Toy 2 Gummy, they had no problem with myself & my mum going to see if it was cheaper in Boots & Superdrug (it wasn’t), retuned to the perfume shop, still so welcoming. Helped me find a perfume that smelt like lychees as I’ve been looking for a while. Instantly they knew a perfume which is a perfect match! No feeling of being pushed to buy something, or being rushed in general. I have autism & chronic fatigue so shopping isn’t the best experience for me, however they both made it such a smooth & enjoyable time. Not only for myself, but for my mum also. I cannot thank them enough xox

I went to fosse park perfume shop to buy some aftershave for my brother as I was looking around a staff member called Paige approached me and asked what I was looking for I told her it was a gift for my brother and told her what aftershave he usually wears on that basis she told me what she would recommend her vast knowledge was incredible also the manger of the store came up to and said we could even gift wrap for me I was amazed by the outstanding customer service Paige and all the staff showed me it made my shopping experience so pleasurable.it was a great shopping experience for me from Paige the manager and all the staff at that store and I would have no hesitation on recommending anyone buying any aftershave or perfume to visit this store at fosse park Leicester a get the great customer service they showed me just amazing Thanks Tipu
