I would like to commend Isla for providing me with excellent customer service. She greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my preferences. She was very patient and never made me feel rushed while I was choosing a perfume.

We had such a lovely experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was patient, attentive and took the time to make sure we were properly looked after.
