I went to the perfume shop today on the hunt for a perfume for my mum‘s birthday and a lovely young lady with dark hair helped me and was very attentive. She let me try a few new perfumes as well and gave me a few little takeaway perfumes to try at home. She couldn’t have been more helpful!

Me and my dad went into the perfume shop gyle Edinburgh and was served by Avva. She was very helpful by looking for stock through the back and we had also phoned the day before to put a perfume aside for us. Her and the other women she was working with were very polite and helpful.

Nothing was too much trouble, from ordering the scent (it wasn't in stock), giving a discount, free delivery and lotalty scheme. Slick and efficient. Scent delivered two days later. Great service.

I was at the Gyle just the other week and needed to pick up perfume for my nieces birthday. I had no idea what sort of perfume she’d be in to but Dawn helped me pick out the perfect one for her and she absolutely loved it.
