I visited the perfume shop in East Kilbride on Sunday, the 1st of February, and had such a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in, Angela and Niamh were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Angela served me and she was absolutely wonderful — so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She really listened to what I was looking for and managed to find me exactly the right scent.
She also told me about an excellent deal they had on perfume sprays, which I decided to buy as well, and I’m so glad I did — they smell fantastic and I’m really pleased with them. The whole experience felt very personal; Angela is a great listener and made me feel seen and understood, which makes such a difference.
This shop is such a great asset to the shopping centre and it would be a real shame to lose it. I’d be genuinely disappointed if it were to go — places with this level of service, warmth, and care are rare. Really lovely people, excellent service, and a shop I’d highly recommend supporting and keeping in the centre

I popped in to buy a birthday present for my dad and was served by Angela. She was absolutely lovely, so friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to help. She took the time to show me lots of different scents and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to her, I found the perfect fragrance for him which he loved in beautiful gift wrap.
The customer service made the whole experience so much easier. I’ll definitely be back!
