A happy Sonia
I popped into the Brent Cross store today and was immediately greeted and served by Khemisa. She was very friendly and helped me find perfume scents when I described my scent preferences and likes. She took her time and really made me feel wonderful as we went about the store sniffing perfumes. I decided on the Marc Jacobs Daisy Wild original perfume and she even gave me a 15% discount! I work in customer service too and it makes me so happy to see good, effective customer service when I go to other stores/brands.
