Went into store the other day to buy a perfume for my wifes birthday. Asma was very helpful and genuine. She helped me pick out a really nice scent and asked all the right questions about the Mrs before suggesting any options. I honestly can't praise Asma enough. She made my whole shopping experience so enjoyable from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely passionate about perfumes, which made such a difference. She took the time to get to know what I was looking for and gave me amazing recommendations that perfectly suited my budget.
Her knowledge was outstanding. She explained the different fragrance families, which scents are popular for summer, how perfumes develop throughout the day, and helped me understand what would suit different occasions.
Thanks to her, I found the perfect everyday signature scent for work as well as an amazing holiday fragrance that I absolutely love. She was so helpful throughout the whole experience, and I never felt rushed. She really took the time to make sure I found fragrances that I was genuinely happy with.
It's rare to come across someone who is so knowledgeable, kind, and enthusiastic about what they do. Asma is a real credit to The Perfume Shop, and she made what could have been a difficult decision feel easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back, and I hope she's there the next time I visit.
