Had the best experience today with Olivia at the Fort. We could have been quite difficult customers as we were unsure what we wanted, but she was patient, allowed us to try lots of different fragrances until we got to the one that we were looking for and applied a discount which made it value for money. Great experience and a really amazing person with great customer service so thankyou!
