I’ve had the most wonderful experience today in the purfume shop. I was served by a very helpful man called Kevin, no problems with me smelling 6 or 7 different scents. Just a very lovely and helpful man. Wish I had more good experiences in other shop⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️

SON'S 40TH BIRTHDAY PRESENT
Wanted a special aftershave for my son's 40th birthday gift. Wasn't too sure of what he may like and was served by a very helpful girl called Naomi who gave my lots of good advice as well as letting me try out a lot of lovely options. I finally chose Chanel Blue 100ml and she gave me a nice discount price for joining the shop scheme. She also organized delivery direct to him free of charge.
Great service, and nothing too much trouble, I also got a good deal on a perfume for myself Audrey Hepburns famous perfume L'interdit by Givenchy made especially for her.
Would recommend The Perfume Shop.

Not a friendly shop!
I very rarely write a review but felt the need to. I was asked can I help ( quite abruptly) and felt she couldn’t be bothered it was if I had stopped her from what she was doing ( by I think was the manager, no name badge). I asked for 2 samples then she walked away. I then said I would like to purchase a 100ml bottle. I wasn’t asked would I like it gift wrapped, it was just put in a bag and asked to pay and that was it, she continued to chat to a staff member throughout, no please or thank you. I’m not asking for the world, but a bit of politeness, interaction and customer service would of been nice. I could of and should of easily of spent my money elsewhere. I felt really deflated walking out of the shop. Would I go back there..Sadly no.
The store staff need to work on their customer service skills!
