Brilliant Bexleyheath shop!
I asked if they could obtain my favourite perfume - Champs Elysée by Guerlain - not easy to find on the high street. They found it and ordered it for me. The ladies in the shop at Bexleyheath were friendly, courteous and brilliant!

20% discount not applied but reward points used so savings were less than expected. Returning to store was a waste of time. Contacted customer services who were helpful but still feel like I have been conned. Will pay more attention to these so called discount deals in future.

She helped me with an exchange of a perfume as unfortunately I had got the wrong one for my daughter.
She was very polite friendly and went out of her way to help me she also made sure I had the right one this time.
