Very helpful and accommodating customer service, online purchasing is user friendly and instore so much variety

Today was my birthday, and I decided to shop at this outlet because a friend told me to sign up for better deals. She mentioned that on her birthday, she bought shoes that were already half price, and then received an additional discount. That made me excited to visit the store for myself.

When my husband and I first went in, we asked a staff member if they sold a specific toy item. His response was immediately rude and dismissive: “Well, is that our website? No, that’s Toyworld!” (it wasn’t). I was quite shocked by how quickly he shut me down, but we decided to continue shopping as we were still interested in buying some clothing.

Later, the same man was at the checkout. I asked if the store had a sign-up system for deals or discounts. He responded, “No, we don’t do that.” I tried to explain that my friend had mentioned it, but he cut me off and said, “No, because everything’s already half price,” while throwing the tights onto the counter. He then added, “How am I meant to make money if you want me to discount it again? That just doesn’t make sense!”

After paying, I simply said, “Oh, never mind,” grabbed my items, and left.

Another staff member approached during the interaction and seemed to notice what was happening, though I’m not sure if she spoke to him afterwards.

Overall, the experience was really disappointing… Especially as this was the first store I was excited to visit on my birthday. The level of customer service I received was unexpected and left a negative impression.

The Outlet has insanely good prices on certain items! I can't believe how cheap the Squishmallows are, as an avid fan and collector, this is perfect!

Visited the Taupō store and was not impressed with the level of Customer Service. On arrival I noticed around 4 staff at the till standing around talking, not one greeted me as I walked in the shop. While I was shopping around not 1 asked how I was getting on or if I needed any help with anything. Lastly as I approached the front till I saw one till had a guy standing there, I asked him if he was serving as he didn’t bother to greet me so I wasn’t sure whether he was busy. He didn’t bother talking only when he needed to tell me my total. While he was scanning my items I thought I’d be nice and take the pieces of the clothing off the clothes hooks for him, and when he was finished he then pushed the big pile of items I brought back to me, not folded, it was a mess.

Then as I walk out the beeper goes off. So I stop and turn around to a lad standing there, he smirks at me like he thought it was funny, but at that stage I felt a sense of embarrassment and humiliation,

I was not impressed and felt very unwelcomed by the presence given, it actually made me feel abit upset and looked down on

The Outlet online store is amazing. The shipping was super quick. The customer service lady Charlotte, you are the nicest person I have ever had the other end of the phone to help me with my request. Items are greatly priced. Recommend this company.

Ordered a kettlebell it has been two months with out it arriving every time I email they tell me they will look into it and I don't get a follow up email very bad service

Good communication regarding shipping of items, easy returns and exchanges in store, and really good prices

I ordered several items through your website, but the order was cancelled with the reason given as “out of stock” or “deemed unfit for sale.” However, I can clearly see that the same items are still available for purchase and can be added to the cart on your website.
This situation is quite confusing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time.

Really LOVING my Outlet shopping experiences. I prefer to go into the store to shop because the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Quality and variety of products has continued to improve since the Botany store opened. They could do with a mirror or two on the shop floor (other than the little ones angled for shoes) and the changing rooms are a bit dark and gloomy. Staff always helpful.

I bought jeans & they did not fit me.
I returned them & just a couple of days later, I was received a redu d in the form of store credit.
