My customer experience rep, Christen, was understanding about my product issue and so quick to remedy the situation! I not only appreciated the quick response and resolution, but also his friendliness that came with it. Theory11 is an awesome company on all levels!

Promised an "Elite Program card" which has never arrived. I have bought quite a few card decks from this company, but I probably won't be buying many more. Newby card collectors beware. Theory 11 cards will never appreciate in value. They have never produced a guilded deck, as far as I know. I could be wrong, but your money is better spent elsewhere in the card collecting world. Just my opinion.

After Hermes lost my package, I reached out to theory11 and got a replacement order the same day after waiting for Hermes’ response for three weeks.

I have ordered many cards from theory 11 and they have always been top quality and exactly as shown on the website.

I recently placed an order with Theory11, and I’m genuinely impressed by the quality of their customer service. My first order arrived slightly delayed and with a minor issue, but the team, especially Christen and Mandy, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. They offered a generous discount on my second order and even added a replacement variety box to it without hesitation.

The entire experience was smooth, and their attention to detail and willingness to help made it clear that they truly value their customers. If you’re a fan of beautifully designed, high-quality playing cards, Theory11 is an absolute must. I’ll definitely be returning to add more to my collection!

Firstly the playing cards are beautiful. I bought 3 decks, my surprise favourite was the Star Trek Dark Edition. I had to contact customer support about something and they exceeded my expectations: they were prompt and polite and delivered the best possible resolution for me.

After receiving a defective product, I reached out and the told me that was unacceptable and they would make it right. I received another complete package and it was defective. At this point I was completely over it but they wasn’t having it. They sent a third package and everything worked perfectly. Theory11’s customer support is top notch. It was my first order and didn’t know if I wanted to be a repeat customer. Now I know I Will be placing another order soon.

The products are great quality. I did have one little hiccup, however that was resolved efficiently and effectively.

Great customer service

I purchase from Theory 11 regularly as I love their playing card designs. The last purchase I received unfortunately there was damage to the tuck case. These things happen but I was really blown away by the response. When I received my order I emailed to see if anything could be done about the damaged tuck case. The response could not have been faster. Within the hour I received a response asking for my information and was assured I would be taken care. The next day I received and email that a new deck had been shipped out. I greatly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness I received to resolve my inquiry. It was excellent client service and Theory 11 now has a raving fan and client for life.

First time recent bulk buy (total of 4 decks) to test the waters. Opened 2 different decks one was perfect and all cards were perfect. Second deck, considered the “premium playing cards” had me excited to open and play with until I saw one of the jokers had a fully bent corner. Was sadden and felt incomplete. I contacted customer service/support assuming that things wouldn’t be resolved and it was just ONE card which was just the joker card. But the customer service/support blew me away and I even refused the compensation from them but they’re persistent and their main goal is to keep customers. Never experienced this lvl of service, from communication and hassle free! Now I’m extremely confident on purchasing cards and will be coming back for me!

My original order indicated it was delivered and unfortunately I did not receive my order. After looking into potential reasons myself, and even waiting several days in the event it was late to deliver, I had not received it. I emailed the customer service and shared my situation and they were very friendly and understanding. They helped resolve this and provided me with a replacement order for the original one I had not received, all within a timely manner. As a first time purchaser, I was very upset when my original order was not delivered, however they listened to me and provided great service. I will look to purchasing future orders from them

Theory11 uses unethical tactics to secure your purchase. Namely, all of the reviews on the site are carefully reviewed to make sure they are either 4-star or 5-star reviews, and that the review is glowing about the product. I've ordered from Theory11 multiple times, but my purchases came to a dramatic halt when I purchased the Zandman Book Test, wrote a POSITIVE review (3 stars), but also offered some constructive criticism about some of the issues with the magic trick. After multiple attempts to get my review published (as I felt like it would've been far more comprehensive than any other review I saw on the site), it just never got approved. Again, this was a largely positive review - it makes me wonder how many negative reviews have been snuffed by the company. In the future, I would likely buy decks of cards from Theory11, as they are usually high-quality, but I would warn against buying their other products, some of which are a sleight of hand to pick money from your wallet.

I ordered in December 2023 and the package was shipped using DHL to the Netherlands. This package got stuck at customs at the airport like other reviews mention. After contacting the customer service they send out a replacement. This one got stuck as well. The third time they sent it using UPS and it got delivered within 2 weeks. Each time the response time was great and they really gave their all to get my package to me. Great support and a great product

Just purchased the new Guardians of the Galaxy playing cards and when I received them, one card was damaged. I reached out to customer support and they helped me resolve the issue and sent a new pack. I've bought several other packs, and love all of them. So fun collecting these beautiful playing cards!

There was an issue with shipping, but customer service was very responsive, quick and friendly and everything got resolved smoothly. The cards are beautiful and this company is just great overall.

Hey—sometimes problems happen. It’s a fact of life. But when they do (side note: in the 4 years since I started ordering from Theory11—and that’s $1000+ in business I’ve given them—I’ve had ONE item arrive damaged, so…you do the math), what happens *afterward* is the real character metric of the sort of company with whom you’re dealing. The replacement process couldn’t have been more effortlessly simple, and as entirely prepared as I was to send back the damaged $50 item, that wasn’t something they even considered requesting of me. Generous, gracious, beyond fair, prompt, top-notch communicators—what more could you want? This is the way it’s done, folks. If only all sellers “got it” the way Theory11 gets it…but until that unlikely day dawns, I’ll just keep right on buying from them.

I had a malfunction on a product I bought and the service was just perfect. They responded very quickly and we found a solution really fast.

This is scam, don't ever waste your money and time on them. They'll take your money then just disappear. I have waited for two months for my order, and it's still in America never delivery. I sent them emails and they always reply same email told me to wait one more week. I ask them to cancel mu order and refund, they never respond. So I just lost over 130 dollars

Ordered a special edition pack of lord of the rings cards and they never arrived. They should jave arrived 27th of December 2023, it is now 19th of February 2024. Multiple attempts to contact customer service have just gone ignored. I paid $132 for nothing.
