A 5 Star service from the Optimal Team, once again. This time as a private client and not a landlord. I would like to say a huge thank you to Samantha who project managed the renovations with the utmost professionalism from start to finish - so much so that I only needed to give a general specification for appliances and finishes and she always chose perfectly. To Celso and Miguel who installed, fixed and overcame plumbing issues in the kitchen and bathroom with knowledgeable ease: your hard work, attention to detail and punctuality were very much appreciated. And to Ahmed for creating all the shelving and bookcases to fit beautifully. It was a joy to work with a team of people who communicated clearly, understood my requirements and delivered in a timely manner.

I have used the company before, and glad I did. Needed to have bedroom ceilings plastered, thought the price was fair. They did a really good job and were very friendly. I wanted to get my shed doors replaced and thought I would give them a call because of my previous experience with the company. I find the staff always pleasant and ready to help.
