A week on and I'm still waiting for the sample jar to arrive so that I can send my sample for analysis. I was sent tracking details but still not able to track the delivery.

I had a petrol contamination analysis done. Emma was more than helpful, and went above and beyond arranging a courier collection for me, Working way past the end of her shift, when the post office refused to take my sample/parcel.
The report was clear to understand.

The team is quick to respond, although multiple requests for a review prior to report delivery were somewhat annoying. Over time, I've accumulated unused syringes and pipes, so an alternative package option could be beneficial. Overall, their service and comprehensive insights are reassuring.

The report was good and concise, just what I wanted . The two emails asking me to review the service before I even got the report was my only negative . The Oil Lab did respond immediately after I sent an email which was also good.

As I use the Oillab for my annual oil change I now have a collection of syringes and pipes I haven’t used.
I would be pleased if an option was available for the vial + label only were available at a slightly lower cost.

Have used "The oil Lab Ltd" for many years with no problems. They offer a quick and reliable service and offer services such as analyzing grease that is not commonly carried out by other vendors.
