A mistake that I had made was fixed despite me being short in my tone. The customer service team handled it perfectly and were quick to resolve my issue. The item was remade and shipped in no time. This is an awful company. The customer service is horrible. They want to charge me a restocking fee just to add a charm to a necklace, even though the description for this product says a charm can be added anytime. Now they want the necklace back to add the charm, AND they want to charge me a 30% restocking fee because they demand I send back the original necklace. It was a gift. How do you ask someone to give a gift back?! For WHAT? I have tried to escalate this issue to a supervisor. I found out that they are NOT in the USA and do not have a contact number for discussion. This has been going on for months. I wonder if Nicky Hilton Rothschild, the owner, knows how poorly her company is being handled overseas!

Theo Grace went above and beyond with customer service. They allowed me to send back an order for a Russian ring necklace when my daughter found out she was having another baby. They remade the necklace with the new baby’s name. This was one of 3 necklaces I have ordered. My daughter and daughter in laws are very pleased with them. I just ordered myself a grandmother bead necklace and cannot wait to get it. I think the quality is great. I always buy 14 k gold because I want them to last forever

The necklace i ordered has my three grandchildren names. It is beautiful and I have not taken it off since receiving.
I could not see my order right away and I was immediately told , don't worry it is there, you will see the next day.
