Incorrect Fabric
I paid extra for the leather and I received a nylon material.
The graphics and character are perfect. Outside of the material, it’s exactly as I ordered.

Wrong delivery information
My order was supposedly delivered by UPS last Saturday according to their tracking. It’s been 3 days and I am still waiting. Now they’re sending me another tracking number. I hope this product is worth the wait and hassle.

They are beautiful!
The entire process was great. Customized the bags the way I wanted them and purchased them. Shipping didn’t took too long. After they arrived, I was amazed. They are beautiful. Pictures don’t do Them justice. Took of one star because the charm was missing. Other than that, totally worth it and will buy again.

Its nice to have a custom bag
Its nice to have a custom bag, designs are all images and not layered details, i got the x-large tote and the backpack. Materials vs cost dont match on both. Hoping they hold up. Shipping is from China, so took a bit of time.

When I bought the backpack
When I bought the backpack, the website clearly said nylon. I received the bag and it was cheap, not durable, and clearly not nylon. When I contacted the company, they updated their website to reflect that the material is PU—but that’s not what it said when I ordered. They refused a refund, so they got $80 from me this time, but I will absolutely make sure others know to think twice before buying from them.
