Brilliant company for FUNKO POP's. Good communication and seeks to put right problems with a customer friendly compromise.

Exact opposite of Collekt.

Keep up the good work.

The Nerdy Byrd is one of the best places to buy your exclusive figures! The team are all friendly and they provide the best for our pop vinyl fans! I’m incredibly glad I discovered them!

Incredible packaging and prices recommended

Fast shipping and good communication from the company too

Decent prices, great packaging.

Absolutely over the moon with both my recent orders. Packaged very well so nothing arrived damaged. The promo for a free Funko Pop was a good marketing strategy and I didn't already have the random free pop, which was a bonus! Will continue to purchase from The Nerdy Byrd!

Purchased a funko in store today. Staff were friendly and helpful, great selection and excellent prices too.

Would highly recommend to anyone who is serious about collecting and wants to support a retailer that cares about customer service.

This was my first time ordering from the nerdy bryd.
Am so please with the service, my pop was dispatched less the 24hr of ordering and I was kept up to date with everything.
Quick delivery and well packaged
I Would definitely recommend

Amazing company, well priced and fantastic customer service! Will definitely buy from time and time again!

First time ordering Funko Pops from The Nerdy Byrd.

My order was processed within a 48 hour period, dispatched Thursday and received the Pop Monday morning. Customer service is fantastic and I like the fact they send you an email to ask them anything regarding my order.

I was a little worried when my delivery turned up and the box had been crushed (I have raised a complaint with Royal Mail) but care was clearly taken when packaging the product, the crushed box caused a small crease on one of the corners but other than that it turned up in perfect condition.

I look forward to receiving my Pre Order next month and I will definitely be shopping with The Nerdy Byrd again!

This was my first purchase from TNB and I only have good words to say. First, it arrived really FAST. The figure was in excellent condition. The package was full of bubble wrap, which protected the figure. I liked that they sent me an email telling me to ask them anything regarding my order. To sum up, I will definitely return as a customer. Order without hesitation. #thenerdybyrd #TNBHaul
