I'm feeling very discouraged after nearly 3 months of money wasted on blood tests and supplements that didn't help and actively made things worse. I was/am vulnerable and I feel like I should have been more aware of their sales tactics. Definitely felt pressured into committing $$$$. Naturopath herself was lovely and listened to me but it would have been good to have all the costs upfront

I had a consultation with Petroula and I found her very cold and hard to speak to. She certainly wasn’t warm and not personable. She also asked questions in a strange way that wasn’t easy to understand and answer. Speaking to her about very personal issues she did not seem empathetic in the slighted and I really did not feel comfortable with her at all, and like the other review she was pretty focused on the money asking for $1.3k for a diet plan and 4 consultations with her. Not even a meal plan. It felt very much like a big sales pitch and with all their marketing over social media just proceed with caution. She asks me ‘wasn’t the cost discussed with you at the initial call’. Absolute waste of $187 and learnt nothing! Seems like a scam service.

I spoke with Carrie and Petroula and found them both to be only interested in money. Really not interested in my issues, but pressuring me to sign up with them. The call was $187 and was meant to be an hour long, instead it was 30 mins and I learnt very little except for their costings. After consulting a medical professional, I learned that they were most likely wrong with their analysis of my blood tests anyway. I could not find anywhere else to leave a review regarding them at all.
