They designed such a thrilling video trailer for me. My audience loved the video trailer made by them and the best thing is that my video trailer was ready before the deadline.

I purchased a $5,000 “Silver Package” from Mystic Ghostwriters that included written guarantees of Amazon Top-150 placement within four months and a 200% ROI.

These guarantees were not fulfilled.

During the engagement, there were repeated delays, missed deadlines, and a lack of clear documentation showing progress toward the agreed deliverables.

At one point, I was presented with a revised document that changed the original guarantee language to “best-effort” terms and required removal of my reviews before any further action or partial payout would be considered. I declined.

I requested written confirmation and documentation supporting the original guarantees, but this was not provided. I ultimately discontinued the engagement due to non-performance.

The company has publicly stated that a portion of the work was completed and that I halted the project. My position is that I stopped only after the contracted services and guarantees were not being met.

I have filed complaints with the BBB and state agencies and am evaluating further legal action.

My recommendation to others is to carefully review any written guarantees, request clear documentation of deliverables, and proceed cautiously before making payment.

Any resolution would need to be documented in writing, independent of review removal, and fully completed before any public update is made.

For some reason my experience seems to vary from those that have posted reviews here. From the very beginning I had difficulties receiving what they promised me. They said the editing would take at most 6 weeks. It took nearly twice that long for a book that only had 198 pages. I had to constantly nag at them for them to get anything done. At the end they had only finished 2/3 of my book and the last ⅓ just threw back at me. After their editing was finished, it contained multiple grammar and content errors that they should have caught.
The manager that was assigned to me is probably the only one that there is, and he is a professional smooth talker. He is always polite and gives you the feeling that he is actually behind you, but reality is something else.
I was promised an author web page with video trailer and 9 months of social media marketing. It's been almost 6 months since I started this project with them and they have yet to finish anything in the contract specified for marketing my book. They only do something if I send an email saying that they have to finish what they promised. They give me a little bitty tidbit and that's it. They switched the author web page live before it was even finished with no marketing concept or anybody knowing where to find it. The web page contains space-fill text in Latin. Anyone can tell that it was hastily thrown together in an hour or two. My book was published 10 weeks ago. Even though there were many deficits, the books quality is superb and has earned five star reviews.
