The all in one grow bags arrived very quickly and were packed beyond my expectations! As someone who is new to this hobby, i was however somewhat frustrated with the lack of instructions in regards on how to set the bags up. Basically there was no instructions telling me that I needed to cut the vacuum sealed outer bag to get to the inner grow bag. You cannot see the grow bag inside of the outer vacuum sealed bag. I tried searching on your website for further information but there is nothing. I had to look elsewhere on different websites to find the information that I needed.

You sent me the wrong product for the second time. Was supposed to be pre measured liquid culture premix. You sent me Agar premix twice. And the second one was 9 days past the best by date. Not that it matters because it wasn't what I ordered.

I have sent 2 emails with a simple question. The response came from a email named admin, it was sent to junk by a email spam filter. My question was answered, it was difficult to find.

I ordered a grain bag and agar plates. Both arrived in 3 days and were in perfect condition. I was especially impressed with how well they were packaged, although they do use a lot of bubble wrap. I guess it’s worth it to protect the product !
