Didn’t want to write a review and have been thinking about it for a while now. Very very disappointed with the service we received. My partner initially spoke to Kristy as my English isn’t strong, and later we both spoke to Kristy. Unfortunately, we found her tone to be quite patronising, and there were unprofessional comments heard in the background. Since then, we’ve continued receiving marketing emails from them despite our lack of interest. Overall, we found the experience rude and unhelpful and wouldn’t recommend their service to others.

Huge thanks to Kristy & Sophie for helping me through a difficult remortgage. They offered support & professionalism throughout! Highly recommended 👌 Thank you for being wonderful!!

Can't thank Kirsty and her team enough.

Having been passed for a mortgage but the house failing threw us out of kilter when we were told that our bank would support us for another house but not for this style of house. The house in questions was near the sea and built in 1901, we were unable to ascertain what the actual reason was but Kirsty made us aware what the likely reasons were.

Whilst we could have looked for a different house, the style and period features are what appealed to us and we wouldn’t have chosen a different style just so we got a mortgage. Having been advised to give The Mortgage Capital a try, I am so glad we did and would use Kirsty and her team again if we ever bought another home.

We were kept up to date throughout the process, advised when issues arose of the best way to get around the problems as they arose. Having bought a house before, the difference between a bank and the personal touches the team give you are second to none and I was shocked at sometimes how much they were in touch for the small details. A breath of fresh air.

You won’t be disappointed, avoid the banks and get a more personal approach so you know where you are at any point.
