I purchased the product and installed the plugins and next thing I know EVERYTHING I had already built was all messed up. I reached out to customer service and got no response, so I asked for a refund and now I am being told I asked for it 1 day outside the 14-day window. Customer response time is not what it should be for a company like this. I have had to pay a company $1500 to fix my site and undo everything that these plug ins did.

I haven't tried it yet, but from the video I watched on YouTube, I think it'll be a great experience.

My experience has been great because of one person and that is Nitesh. He is my main point of contact, and has worked with me daily to ensure a smooth operation of my website development, security, and operation. He is also readily available for any changes I may need.

no support at all unless you pay $39 monthly, the minute you purchase the product you are on your own, they never respond to any ticket, to get any service, must pay, even though, the advertisement on their website says premium support, very misleading and disappointing

Now, I’m a stickler for not just great products but exceptional support, too. And let me tell you, I was blown away by the stellar customer service I received.

I hate leaving 1 stars this seems like it will only let you use certain areas if you pay and that may not be a guarantee to work also some of the area on the free templates do not work. Had enough going to use and buy the Astra theme they give more options and the plugins works for free as I have been testing various styles. Not worth the hassle and their support is useless unless you use the buy or going to pay. Then you may get a response other than that. Don't like it for the sheer fact and I wasted days of my life on areas that are suppose to work and don't. It is a no for me.

I think the software would have been ok, However, testing the free version did not give me enough to pull the trigger on a purchase to fully assess the product. At the very least the I should have been able to see the contact emails. Might suggest you open this up to a 7 day free trial so a customer can determine if this will meet their needs.
