Lately, I’ve been especially appreciating services that truly simplify life.
When you don’t have to think every day about what to cook, where to order from, or whether it’s actually healthy.

I was sent a meal plan, and I was pleasantly surprised:
— very tasty

— beautifully presented
— and most importantly well balanced

I really liked that everything is already taken care of: calories, portions, and macro balance you can simply eat and not worry.
It’s not “diet food” in a bad sense, but genuinely delicious and satisfying

Sorry but what are these portions? I'm sad I can't add a photo cause that would have said more than words. I got 4 potato slices, 3 tiny pieces of carrot one cauliflower floret and one brocoli floret with a tiny piece of meat. I'm stuck for this month but definitively won't extend. I have a small appetite but this is an absolute joke.

I made my first order with The Meal this December, mainly because I realized how much time and energy I was wasting on daily food delivery and planning. After trying it, it genuinely feels like good value for the money.

The food is fresh, well balanced, and convenient. Delivery is not every day but once every three days, which I personally find much more comfortable. The meals arrive fresh, are well packed, store perfectly in the fridge, and don’t spoil.

Everything arrives on time and makes busy days much easier. I don’t have to think about what to order, track multiple deliveries, or worry about eating something random and unhealthy.

I have been using theMeal since September, and I am happily sharing my meals with my family. The plans are very affordable and straightforward. However, my concern is that their packaging is not temperature-controlled, so deliveries need to be handled carefully to ensure the food doesn’t spoil. I also hope they improve the variety of vegetables, as it is often just roasted potatoes with very few carrots and broccoli. Despite these issues, I’m still satisfied and hopeful that the meals will continue to improve.
