Bought some item from themarket and tracking info stated the item damaged in transit and has returned to the seller. and I have been contacting themarket customer support everyday and asking for my refund...
it has been weeks and themarket has made no progress.....I have asked to speak to a manager and i wasn't given any details

The ability to look for a specific and niche product that can be delivered in a pretty decent time here in NZ is a big ups to me. A little more detailed time on when I might come here would a great addition.

They put the price total on their website, which is also included in the shipping payment. This so sucks :( It needs to be clarified information for buyers. Why do not you put the shipping payment and the product price separately in the first place? Why did you put all the price total together in the price on your website? You advertise it as free delivery and charge it together with the product. When I paid it, I didn't know that the shipping payment was included in the price. It is so annoying. I will not recommend anyone use your website and will never return to buy any products from your website again. They did not return my full refund when I returned my stuff because it included shipping payment there. Dump me to pay that in their website.

Easy to find what i was after in the search bar, I was hunting for 2 air-fryers for xmas gifts and found one at a great price but there was only one photo of the item and that made my decision to buy difficult as i wanted to see more of the item.

Never buy from them I waited days for my order to be shipped and nothing happens and they use all excuses to delay you and not giving you a refund. Stay away from this scammer!
