I bought a smart watch form this website and arrived after 20 days and it’s was faulty, I asked for repair and replaced, they have asked me to return the unit and I did that two weeks ago and still waiting for update ? No communication I don’t even know they are going to replace or refund my money , Do not use this website to buy something valuable,

Received damaged item. Customer service is completely non-existent. Highly recommend you avoid The Market totally and deal with an actual store.

Huge product range at great prices and most things have free freight.

Great presentation great prices but be prepared to wait slightly longer for delivery.However eveything else makes up for that

Bought an expensive electric bike for a xmas gift, over one month later still not delivered. They are still selling this bike model despite no deliveries. Bogus and untrue customer service responses. My experience is they have a business model and systems not built for customers. No demonstrated ability to resolve issues when things go wrong.

Ordered a product,. Courier update on the market website said the product was sent, it was a lie. Goods did not leave the warehouse. I'm out of pocket $100. No customer service, no product, no refund. Scammers.

I ordered two products from different suppliers. Both had problems: one was faulty and one delivery was delayed by many weeks and then was the wrong product. I tried to contact the Market to have these replaced and I found the response time very very slow. When I questioned how slow their response was I was met with very rude and unhelpful responses. it took many weeks to resolve the issues. I will never use this site again.

Worst on-line trader in NZ. Terrible cutomer "service". Waited 4 weeks and then got a completely wrong product - still waiting for a refund and a pickup of the random product that was sent - zero help from The Market staff
