Magda and the team dealt with our complex booking extremely well. We had a very specific itinerary in mind, which took some organising. Her knowledge of the trips, locations etc was the difference in making the holiday perfect.

We used Vish and his colleague Devangi for the first time this year, to book our holiday to Mauritius! This was our first overseas trip since Covid, no pressure!
They were very knowledgable and also prompt at coming back with queries. It couldn’t have been easier, to be honest especially when the two of us were working really long hours and just didn’t have the time to do any research.
They were sensitive to our pricing point and not pushy at all, so altogether a great experience.
I also found them personally responsive, to the point that the day before our flight we were unable to check in online and they immediately jumped onto it and contacted the airline who was experiencing technical difficulties. I must say I was impressed as to the lengths they went and how completely calm and reassuring they were! We certainly felt looked after!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vish and his team and look forward to booking with them again next year!

Vish, Didi and Magda have been an incredible team for us. After booking a much needed holiday through them, Covid spiked and a personal Family situation meant I needed to change my booking. Not only were the team able to support my request, but they also managed to obtain a refund from the hotel (through their strong relationship - which they didn't need to do since Covid Policy hadn't prevented me from travelling) and gave me a credit note which was redeemable within 2 years.

I couldn't have been more appreciative since I expected to lose at least some of my money as the decision to change was purely discretionary. Their attentive support and friendly demeanour meant so much to me during a very difficult time and I wasn't made to feel a nuisance at all.

A year on, we were finally able to use the credit note to actually book and enjoy our holiday and every aspect of the experience has been seamless.

Absolutely brilliant service! Due to covid, a bereavement and the birth of our daughter this holiday changed multiple times over a two year period but the Luxury Travel Club were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout. The JA Beach Hotel will now be our go-to for family holidays - the service, facilities, staff and food were all exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially those travelling with children. We’re already planning our next trip to JA Beach Hotel and will certainly be using the Luxury Travel Club. We’ve already recommended both to many friends and family!

Me and my partner booked a week holiday to Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai through the luxury travel club in September. Holiday & Hotel was amazing, seamless process, the travel club sorted everything so that I didn’t need to get involved in the bookings!

What a brilliant team of people! We have used Luxury Travel for many of our work trips now and they have been absolutely fantastic help. Even down to flights being cancelled last minute, the team got each of us on the next flight home in a matter of minutes. I can’t thank Vish and the team enough. I used this company to organise a really special trip for me and my family to Dubai and the Maldives. It was complicated as all the flight times and transfers needed to take into consideration by young children. But Didi was amazing and was always on hand to answer any question big or small. She was instrumental in contacting my resort (Finolhu) with any special requests and further enquiries I had. The process was seamless and effortless on my part and that’s what you want when booking a holiday of a lifetime. For me, Didi was amazing and I repeatedly will contact her for future travel requirements but the management of this company will always be on hand too, this was really important as I was travelling very soon after the pandemic, they were totally on it and understood the travel protocols.
