I’ve bought from this brand quite a few times and my latest order has once again exceeded my expectations. I bought the silver festival jacket and it’s absolutely insane, can’t wait to wear it!!! Love this shop

First time buyer and I am really happy my order. It was a couple days late but better late than never.
Customer services were very nice and they told me how to track my package, and once it was delivered it was better than I thought quality wise.

I bought the Amara boots which arrived today and they are fabulous :) really nice and well constructed, let’s see if I can walk in them now haha - deffo 5 stars

I honestly cannot fathom how this website does not have worse reviews. Their sizing and quality is terrible and then you have to pay to return anything and you only have a 2 week return period from when you order them to when they need to arrive back with them which gives you a couple of days if you want to return your order? I ordered some high waisted shorts and leggings, the shorts arrived (size medium waist 27'') and they were tiny (I am UK size 8/10, so how can I need the size L which is the largest size they do?!) really cheap and tacky, nasty material, the sort you'd pick up in a market in Thailand for £2. The leggings never arrived even a month after I placed my order and then I requested a return for the shorts which they accepted and I posted them back, and then they got in touch saying that the shorts had not arrived within their (ridiculous) return period and would not refund me. So now I wasted money on postage as well. AVOID AVOID AVOID save your precious time and money!!!

Happy customer. The boots that just arrived are excellent. The leather is very soft and all the stitching on the lining is well done and the heel looks very sturdy. Quite impressed with this shop.

Sooo happy I bought from this website, their stuff is amazing. My dress arrived on time and the quality is super.

Great store, really really happy with the corset I got this morning, it’s only just a little tiny bit tight but apart from that it’s gorgeous!!! Love it

So I decided to buy a couple of things cos I keep seeing their ads everywhere.

I got the Carolina dress, the Amara boots and the Jordan set.

All items arrived in separate bags but were delivered at the same time.

Quality is good, no complaints, sizing is pretty much spot on aswell, and they do look great on.

In the end I was actually quite happy with the order but I think I might exchange the boots for a bigger size as they’re a little tight on the ankles.

Will leave another review on their exchanges process and how that goes….

I bought from this website for the first time and I took a chance and ordered 4 items.

Only one of the items was slightly late in arriving, no big deal to me.

Quality was great, I especially like the jeans as the material is very strong and also the dress was lovely, much better than I anticipated.

My experience with customer service was pleasant, they were quick to reply and gave me all the information that I needed.

Happy customer. The service has been very good, the order for the floral boho set was received on time and the material is lovely, the item is just like the pictures and I am looking forward to wearing it soon.

Bought some trousers which unfortunately didn’t fit but they were nice and I asked them for a return. They replied pretty quickly and asked me to open a return in their systems. Sent my order back the next day and they gave me a refund when they received it. Straightforward, no fuss service so happy to give it another try.

Was a bit sceptical ordering from this website but really glad I did. The boots I ordered are insane!!! For reference it’s the zebra print knee high boots and they are incredible!!!! LOVE THEM 10/10
