Replace sink taps in kitchen and bathroom.

Had to pay £150 deposit which I was told would be deducted from my final bill, which was £499.76. It was not deducted. I phoned the company and was told that they had my signature to accept this and there was nothing I could do. Almost £500 is a total rip off for the work carried out!

Excellent service very good and very professional good service overall

The plumber explained all the options and costs fully allowing me to make my decision after knowing all the facts.I was not rushed into making my decision. The plumber had called ahead to explain that he was delayed at his previous job but gave a revised arrival time.

Really friendly, and the job he did, which seemed impossible in such an awkward place, was done very well

My problem was obscure but the plummer soon sorted it out. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He also cleared up before he left. I won't hesitate to call this firm if I need a plummer in the future. I can certainly recommend them. .

Call today and explained what I needed doing regarding plumbing. Was told someone would be out between 5pm-6pm... In the meantime time someone contacted me to ask for a photo of pipe work. Once I sent... I had a reply saying, sorry not something I would do. I replied saying... Then will you send someone who can, no reply.... I did mention at the beginning to company what was needed doing, so why try and send someone who wouldn't do what's asked for.... To little job, so they were not interested

Our mixer tap in the kitchen was dripping so stupidly I now realise I chose a firm that said no call out charge . The plumber arrived earlier than expected which was good but then dropped the bombshell of the £82 half hourly rate which is really £164 ! Within 10 mins he said we needed a whole new tap which would be £120 . I asked if he could get one cheaper. He said he would get a new tap and then proceeded to take 36 mins to get the tap ( both b&q , wickes , screw fix are less than 5 mins drive from our house ) by the time this was then fitted and he then spent at least 8 mins sitting in his van waiting for it to be water tested ! I was then presented with a bill for £495 which included the £82 tap and VAT . I was horrified and furious as I said he was only here for less than 1 1/2 hours but we were still charged 2 hours . Please do not get ripped off by these people . The tap works but I feel it should be gold plated for that price !

Avoid at all cost! These cowboys are scammers! Supposed to be a same day service but cancelled for three days running with the same excuse (running late) they end up charging a ridiculous half hourly rate that you can get done for less than half the price in the same timeframe elsewhere. Believe me, go elsewhere to a local trusted plumber and avoid getting scammed.

I would recommend your company to someone else to get their jobs done. Thank you for again for doing that job. For me.

A punctual, clean and efficient service

Very efficient got a hr before call which is very helpful polite man quick identifying problem quick to complete job

royally ripped off, see previous review, two year guarantee offered ,one day after sink fitted leaking badly ,called office to advise 9 times put on hold 9 times. there clearly is no intention to help or resolve the issue , I have been left with a huge bill and a leak . as there is clearly no effort on there part I will resolve this through The consumers complaints department This company are an irresponsible poorly led bunch of scammers beware,,,, extremely high costs very poor communication they are more interested in ripping people off than offering a fair and professional service they should be ashamed .

Was not happy with this company we booked in a plumber to fix a small leak under our bath there was a problem with a job so they called to say they be here next day the guy came he went and got us a bath panel as we needed one and was suposed to fix the leak he said he couldn't and would have to put new pipe work si we assumed that was what he did avweek later easter weekend at 4am we had water pouring fm our light fitting so my husband had to remove the bath panel only to find he hadn't put the new pipe work and just left it with a bit of PTFT tape we tried to call them out but no one answering the phone they are supose to be emergency 24/7 as thats whats on their website in the end we had to contact another company and they fixed it and put new pipe work in if we had been away or my husband wasnt downstairs at the time we would have no electric and ceiling would of come down extremely dissapointed I would not advice anyone to use these people when I spike to someone eventually they said they dont open till 8am so wheres the 24/7 emergency

they promised to arrive at 4pm pn a friday, then phoned at 4:30 saying that they had been delayed and wouldn't be able to attend until the next day.

Guy turned up and said he couldn't do the job because he wasn't rated to work on boilers, just storage tanks. the job was a boiler repair...They hadn't checked the model...
Left without doing anything. Still have no heating. I suspect the 'promise to turn up, but actually line up the next day once the customer has agreed is part of their standard practice...

then mumble "plus VAT, minimum charge 1 hour" so you're down £200 before you start...

First time I've used your company. They managed to fit me in on the same day, otherwise I wouldn't be able to use my water. Thankyou so much.

Service from a local plumber was 5⭐️ and serious toilet leak fixed but prices are slightly misleading. They say no call out charge but there is a basic minimum charge and time and what they quote DOESN’T include VAT so make sure you’re aware before using. Another local friend/plumber told me I could have paid half the price but that’s what you pay for an emergency.
