I can’t recommend The Loan Partnership enough or indeed both Devon and Claire Voss whose professionalism, expertise and dedication managed to guide me to success in securing second Charge Mortgage. As a single, self employed parent I had gotten myself into financial difficulties and was suffering from major stress and worry. After my current high street bank lender refused to extend my current mortgage I was at a loss at what to do and was feeling hopeless but a friend recommended The Loan Partnership and Second Charge mortgages. Both Devon and Claire sensed how embarrassed and ashamed I was of my situation and went out of their way to reassure, calm me and help me. They were kind, patient and honest, thank you to you both!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was after a loan on my buy to let property and a surveyor that was instructed was from a completely different county when they told me it would be a local surveyor with local knowledge. I wasted £390 on being mis lead to the above from Devon and her team. Not happy as you would expect a company like this to do their diligence instead of trying to fob me off. Not impressed.

Fantastic service from start to finish. All sorted out in record time and the whole process was handled professionally by Emma and Brooke throughout.

Claire Voss has guided me step by step through the process of obtaining a loan.
Claire has always been at the end of the phone whenever I have had any questions and has fully explained everything.
I now have the loan , consolidated all outstanding debts with an affordable monthly amount and most importantly of all I have peace of mind.

Our mortgage broker arranged a call with The Loan Partnership as an alternative means of consolidating credit card debt.

In a nutshell, between my husband and myself we were juggling 9 credit cards, some on zero rate/low rate but the majority on SVR; paying the minimum amounts but not clearing the debt. We had very little spare income left at the end of the month, were in no situation to save for unforeseen expenses and felt the debt was only going to get worse once all the credit cards were off their low rates.

Personally, I felt embarrassed about the debt and hated the situation we were in although the majority was due to various large life events over the past 10 years.

From my first phone call with Kurt (Thomas) he made me feel at ease and assured me there was no shame. As he said "life happens". He listened to our position, established what we wanted from the debt consolidation, and went through options clearly, professionally and in a friendly manner.

Claire (Voss) picked up the application and took it to completion with regular updates along the way. Again, the same level of understanding, care and consideration was given.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I really thought we were beyond all help financially. The product they found for us is saving us £524 a month and has made such a huge difference in how we can move forward.

Both Kurt and Claire delivered exceptional customer service from the first phone call through to completion. They both took away any shame or embarrassment about the debt, appreciated our circumstances and dealt with empathy throughout - we really felt like they were on our side and wanted to get a resolution that would work for us.
