I am always a little wary of buying from a website for the first time but I am really glad that I used this company for party bags. Normally I use Amazon and it’s much more expensive. Everything came neatly packaged. An item that I had ordered wasn’t available and had been substituted for something similar, a note was included to explain this, so that didn’t bother me. Overall I would definitely recommend!

A last minute order and the staff were very helpful to ensure I got my order next day. They look great and are well packaged.

I ordered gift bags for my daughters party but the party unfortunately then had to be cancelled. I returned the gift bags, but never got a refund for them, after repeated emails and assurances from the company that someone would respond, no one ever did. Appalling. Don't use them.

Took a week to arrive and the items in were neither what was in the picture nor suitable. I’m not sure what use bubbles would be on a plane. The snap together shapes were not that at all, just a small bag of wooden shapes the perfect size for a 15 month old mouth and the cheap jumping frog does not work. All in about 15 pounds worth of stuff for just under 30 quid. Nice bag though.

Would highly recommend. Next day delivery order was placed but due to Royal Mail strikes they couldn’t guarantee. Excellent communication and service. Definitely purchase from again x

Great quality products, arrived quickly! Lots of variety of little gifts for children. Amazing customer service, there was a an item missing, however the prompt response and offer of a refund or sending out the missing item first class couldn't be any quicker.. delighted with company and shall use again!
