Ordered a digital camera for grandson. Package arrived but the box was empty--no camera, cord or lanyard. Customer service never responded to my 4 emails. I reported purchase to my credit card company who immediately credited my puchase.

I ordered a Giant Jelly balloon ball and paid extra for fast shipping. Was suppose to get the package on 4/2/2026 and still have not received it. Today I called them at 516-231-0328 and the no. has been disconnected. The other no. was 929-547-8108. I called Mon, Tuesday, and today in the early afternoon and they are too busy to answer, but asked me to leave a message and they will call back. They haven't called back and I cannot reach anyone to cancel the order.

Advertised a fire truck with real fire noises and high quality dia cast cars. This item was to be shipped from America, I received cheap quality product that sings songs in Chinese.
The product was shown in the picture as much bigger than what turned up, I'm really disappointed as it was for my son. Delivery like the rest of the reviews was the same weeks out.

I ordered but I guess if I do not answer your survey my items are not sent. I usually do not read emails for days but was wondering about my order. I had hoped to have these items by April 3rd. What are my chances????

I bought a toy from Little learners in February 10th (Order number: #MAU177708). Three weeks later, the toy arrived. It turned out that you need to provide a credit card to activate it. When I decided to return it, it turned out that you need to return it to Italy: (Return Center - IT Via Casale, 1, Gravina in Puglia, 70024 BA, IT). A shipment with a signature of receiver is extremely expensive and no guarantee that it will be delivered in 14 days, as the site requires. The site indicates an address in the USA to deceive buyers. Support phones are not answered. Letters are formal replies (sorry, we don’t have a return locations in the USA, so send it to Italy). This is a scam website!

I don't see my first reply, but I did enjoy their website and how easy it was to navigate. I am just hoping my order is of good quality, all pieces included, and an on time delivery. Will let you know!

Bought a two for one deal of the giant jelly balloons. Not cheap $109 NZ. Thought they’d be better quality than those advertised on Temu.
They are not! Shocking quality. Both balloons were faulty. Huge risk of exploding when inflated. Ours luckily exploded just after the child had rolled it…no pressure at all!
Tried to get a refund as I did not want a replacement once I’d seen the poor quality. Was told that as they could not know if we’d used the balloon appropriately they would only offer a small percentage return or a discount on my next purchase!
I will never buy from this firm again . Shoddy quality and zero customer service. Utter scam with this product which I could have purchased from temu for $3.00

I ordered two items from Little Learners Toys. One arrived damage, likely via shipping, while the other was missing parts of the toy entirely. I emailed on the day of delivery as well as called and left a voicemail. Three days later, my email was returned undeliverable due to "repeated bounces." I called and emailed again on March 3. Again, email went undelivered and voicemail was not returned. I opened a fraud dispute on on March 5. The bank waits at least 15 days until after my first attempted contact to open a formal dispute case. Bank opened the dispute on March 18. Little Learners Toys emailed me within 24 hours of the dispute case being opened. I explained the problems with the products and they replied with "Unfortunately I won't be able to accept your return request as it has been submitted after our 14 days from receipt returns allowed window." I replied to them by noting I called and emailed them on the day of delivery as well as 3 days after that. They replied by saying, again, "We understand your frustration and are sorry for the experience you’ve had. However, after reviewing the order timeline, it is now past our return window, and unfortunately we are unable to accept or approve a return in this case."

It's clear this company is meant solely to scam customers. No one should every consider purchasing from them.

It’s hard to write a good review when you haven’t received the product purchased. However, the website seemed easy to use and the purchase was easy. I now hope that the product is received in a timely manner and fits the picture and description given. If so, I’m sure I will return for more STEM items in the future. Thank you!

Very easy to navigate the website and order

I was looking for a camera to gift my young grandson for his birthday. I was able to find the perfect one, with a case for his age. It was simple to navigate the website and place the order. Two days later it’s already shipped. It was an easy pleasurable experience!!

It was the first time using your site & there were some issues with approving my credit card. Afterwards your briefing of the purchase was clearly stated

Was not happy with my purchase, it was not what I expected the toy does not even play English music. Do not purchase from this company I have sent many email to the email address provided but keep getting email back saying that it was undelivered. Also when I purchased they asked me to give them a review before my order was shipped. I thought this was a bit ruff but I had already payed for the toy I purchased so at that point it was an easy purchase until I received the goods. Will never be purchasing from this site again.

I ordered a pink microphone and guitar in December. I received a black guitar that doesn’t even go with the microphone. The microphone has a blinding light on it and won’t connect to any current smart phone. I’ve been trying for months to either get the pink guitar or get a refund. This appears to be a scam.
