I absolutely love the jewelry from The Littl!! It is high quality, beautifully made and 100% worth every cent. Customer service is impeccable, and delivery was fast and secure. I bought a bracelet for a friend and it was the perfect size and exactly what was described online. Such a beautiful and genuine small business which definitely has a lifelong customer with me.

I received from a lovely friend one of the beautiful sterling silver beaded bracelets. (I had been admiring hers which she got when in Australia) It is beautifully packaged and although it looks delicate it is sturdy. Really unique. I love it.

Beautiful dainty hoops and opal drop bought as a gift for a teen (in U.K)..theyre just perfect and im sure she will love them as much as i do. I will be keeping an eye on the sales so i can bag myself a pair too. Easy site to navigate, great communication and fast delivery.

Misleading Advertising and Poor Quality

I received my order yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the earrings. The website described them as high-quality jewellery, but in reality, they feel more like costume pieces. The material and finish are not what I expected – I’ve seen similar styles at Lovisa for a quarter of the price.

The silver tone is completely off compared to any real silver jewellery I own, and the craftsmanship feels cheap. I only tried on one earring briefly and instantly knew the quality didn’t match what was advertised.

To make matters worse, the website offers no clear way to return the product, even though it was falsely marketed. Overall, I feel misled and regret the purchase. I would not recommend buying from this store unless the quality and return process improve significantly.

The earrings are very dainty and perfect for what I wanted. Not too big or chunky :-)

Diaappointed at the quality. Bought a few pairs of gold plated earrings because of my sensitive skin. The gold plating is already peeling off after only 2 months.

I recently ordered the Freshwater Pearl Hoop Belly Ring as a gift for my sister's birthday. She absolutely loved it and has said how beautiful and dainty (in a good way) it is.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the littl. My husband purchased a necklace less than a year ago as a gift on our wedding day, and it has already broken. After only a few months of light wear, the pearl fell off without me noticing. I reached out to customer service, hoping for a resolution, but the response was unhelpful. They told me my option was to send back the necklace at my own cost and purchase a new pearl for $40. The necklace is currently on sale for $75 yet they ask that I pay basically half of that to replace just the pearl, but this wasn’t general wear and tear, I only wore this necklace on special occasions.
When I contacted them their only response was they would ensure that the piece is inspected by multiple jewelers to ensure it doesn’t happen again. But every piece they are sending should be quality and not needed.
I expected much better quality that lasts without having to purchase again as I believe this was faulty. I won’t be buying from them again and would advise others to be cautious. They advertise beautiful jewelry that isn’t cheap but it doesn’t last at all. So disappointing.

I love this dainty necklace- it’s so simple and beautiful. Very good quality and love the length of the chain. The stone is also set on the chain so it doesn’t constantly move around your neck which is great. Very happy with this product and would definitely purchase from the Littl again :)
