Hi Simon, Thank you for the review and for your order, which is much appreciated. I've just checked and I can't find any email or message from you enquiring about the whereabouts of your order. It was sent via your choice of second class postage on Friday. Royal Mail quotes 2 to 3 working days for delivery, although this is not a guaranteed timescale, and things can sometimes take a little longer. Today is only the 3rd working day so I'm sure that your card will arrive in plenty of time for Mother's Day. I'm sorry for any confusion caused by the postage options and timescales and I'm sorry that the review request email arrived before your card did! I'm both a customer of the Letter Arty and I also supply prints to the Letter Arty. From both the customer and supplier standpoint I can't recommend the Letter Arty enough :-)

Warped calender
Calendar arrived damp and warped with a dog eared corners, not impressed at all...surely you would have worked out better protection during transit? £24 ! In the bin , NOT happy at all !!!

I'm so sorry that the calendar arrived in less than the perfect state it was sent in, the packaging used has not had issues in the past. I've just double checked messages and emails and I don't appear to have received anything from you about this damage, so have not been given the opportunity to resolve the situation for you, prior to you posting this review. If you could email photographs of the damage to the calendar (and packaging if you still have it) then I can see what can be done. It's difficult to satisfactorily resolve problems when I don't know about them. Thanks, Matt

Fab customer service 😊
The sign I ordered as a gift looks great and was well packaged.
The courier service app had a hitch (not Letter Arty's fault) which meant I was not able to query and track my delivery and Matt answered my 'help' email very quickly and immediately chased up my parcel for me. Excellent customer service and a great product 😊
