Beautiful card. Slow delivery. Ordered cards from other places on the same day and those arrived to me, I wrote and sent them and they were received by the recipients before these arrived. I’ve not used them as it was too late.

Thank you for your review, Lisa, I'm so glad you like the cards, you did choose some rather lovely ones! I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the free second class delivery. As I explained in my email to you, unfortunately Royal Mail doesn't guarantee delivery within a certain time frame and the New Year Bank Holiday would have added an extra day at least to the delivery timescale. Your order was posted on the evening of 30th December and was delivered on the 6th January. With recent changes to how often second class deliveries are made, I'm afraid this isn't an unusually long time frame for second class delivery these days. Any such delays are just as frustrating for me as they are for you and other customers. This is why I ensure that orders are despatched as promptly as possible and, as per the delivery information on my website, would always recommend selecting First Class postage at checkout for any orders that are required quickly. Thank you again for your order and review, it's very much appreciated, Matt.

Matt consistently delivers an outstanding selection of cards, which I recently purchased, along with exceptional service. This is my preferred destination for distinct and creative designs. Navigating the website or shop is a breeze, and the cards are sent out at lightning speed. They are always delivered in immaculate condition, thanks to the sturdy packaging that prevents any damage.

Thank you for your review of the item you have yet to receive. Your order was posted using your chosen method of second class postage on the 9th (within 24 hours of your order being placed). Although Royal Mail do aim to deliver second class items within a few working days of posting, this isn't unfortunately guaranteed and does sometimes take longer, especially during peak periods like now. Today would be the fifth working day from the order being posted, so i would anticipate your card arriving very soon. I always ensure that orders are posted at the earliest opportunity in order to minimise such delays.

Fun, quirky wrapping paper!
I was struggling to find wrapping paper for my partners birthday for his December birthday, all that you find is Christmas stuff so it was a nice relief to find this site and find this really fun paper for his presents, wrapped in his favourite thing, a fry up! Such fun, quirky paper, which was also super good quality, none of that thin cheap stuff, it’s good enough to keep and use for craft projects! Thank you 😍

UPDATE: This order was placed on the afternoon of the 4th December. It was framed and sent via courier on the morning of the 5th and was delivered 3 working days later on the 10th December. Full tracking information was available.
