I have checked order TLS-301947 and can confirm it was placed on Thursday 28th May 2026 at 00:02. It was dispatched later the same day, on Thursday 28th May 2026 at 11:44, using your requested "Tracked Delivery | 1–2 Working Days from Dispatch" service selected at checkout.
The advised delivery window for this order was Friday 29th May to Monday 1st June (today).
The latest Royal Mail tracking update shows that the parcel is due to be delivered today, Monday 1st June, by your local delivery office.
If it does not arrive by the end of today's advised delivery route, please contact us directly and we will be happy to check this further with Royal Mail.
