I am really happy with the service provided by Elgan at The Lamp Life.

We were very impressed with the quality of the lamps. Although we had trouble with a faulty rocker switch. The company very quickly sent us a whole new lead and bulb set up with a dimmer that works great and was easy to fit. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and will be back for more.

I had previously given a 1 star review after having received some damaged items and not having heard from the company when I tried emailing - unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, my email had been missed which I appreciate can't be helped.

After posting my review, I was contacted immediately and Elgan did a great job at ensuring I had replacement lamps.
They're better than expected and I appreciate the time and effort put into rectifying my experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Magical – The Best Moon Lamp I’ve Ever Owned!
I’ve been eyeing a realistic moon lamp for months, and after a lot of research I finally chose TheLampLife’s version… and wow, I’m beyond impressed. This isn’t just a lamp it’s a little piece of the cosmos sitting on my table.
The attention to detail is insane. The texture is spot-on; every crater and ridge looks exactly like NASA’s lunar photographs. It’s 3D-printed from actual topographic data, and you can tell. When it’s lit, it genuinely feels like you’re looking at the real moon floating in your room. The glow is soft, warm, and incredibly soothing, perfect for winding down at night or creating a dreamy atmosphere.
The remote is responsive and lets you dial in the exact brightness you want (from subtle mood lighting to full-on reading light)
The Battery life is excellent, I charge it once every 4–5 days with daily use
The wooden stand is sturdy and classy (way better than the cheap plastic ones I’ve seen elsewhere).

I have purchased two lamps from “The lamp life” one Afew years ago which is still in use and another Afew weeks back.
The second one came damaged but after contacting lamp life they immediately sent a replacement.

Always wanted a salt lamp so recently took the plunge. Very happy with the lamp. Wrong size initially sent but Elgan sorted it out and correct one sent out straight away, would definitely purchase from this company again. Great service.

These are very good lamps. Lovely orange calming light. Also got 5 tea light rocks. Be aware these sweat. Do not put directly on wooden surfaces. Small ceramic saucers work well as a barrier.

I’ve purchased several lamps from this website now, and every single one has been outstanding in quality. Each lamp is beautifully crafted, looks gorgeous once set up, and adds a warm, gentle glow that completely transforms the room. The kids love them too—our youngest even sleeps more peacefully with hers glowing softly as a night light.

I did encounter a minor issue due to postal damage—nothing to do with the supplier—but the after-sales support was excellent. They handled everything quickly and professionally, and arranged for replacements to be sent out without any fuss (a personal thank-you to Elgan for the great service).

I bought a small Himalayan salt lamp which only lasted for a few days. There was no hesitation in receiving a replacement immediately. Elgan dealt with the issue speedily and efficiently. The lamp is good quality and a perfect size for me, however the seller does do various sizes of you want. The seller is a fantastic communicator and the item was delivered in a timely manner. I would buy from this seller again and I would recommend too.
