I want to thank The Kindest Goodbye and Dr Linda for your assistance and compassion recently.I was really struggling to not only say goodbye but find the right person to help us. Our local vet could not come to the home for many days however they suggested contacting The Kindest Goodbye. I am so glad I did! From the initial contact the company was kind, compassionate and listen to my needs. Dr Linda T came and she was so wonderful and I thank her for every moment. Her gentle approach and clear explanations made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable, allowing us to focus on saying goodbye without added stress. This is one of the hardest things to do however I felt at ease after - thank you Linda XX

Dr Jared was so wonderful when we had to recently say goodbye to our 23 year old cat, Faith 😢 He gave us the time and space we needed and explained everything that was going to happen. He was so very gentle with her and made it just a little easier to say goodbye. Thank you

What a gentle and compassionate service
It has been 2 weeks now since we said goodbye to our Blue Heeler Rex in really difficult circumstances. Paddy, from the Kindest Goodbye could not have been more patient, compassionate, respectful and skillful. He left with Rex resting peacefully and no longer in pain. Thank you

Dr Jared was very kind and made the sad experience of losing our nearly 20-year-old cat Imogen much less traumatic than it could have been. He dealt kindly and gently with our rambunctious dogs, gave us time to say goodbye and managed Imogen's passing kindly and thoughtfully.

This service was exactly what the name represents. This service allowed us as a family say goodbye to Henry in the privacy of ours and Henry's home. Henry went off in a gentle sleep, knowing how much we loved him surrounded by his human family, favorite toys and familiar smells, his home of 10 years.

Kimdest Vets for the Kindest Goodbye
The process of booking my German Shepherd Bailey’s home euthanasia was simple and straightforward. I was able to choose a date and time suitable for us and we felt comfort in knowing they were coming to our house where Bailey was most comfortable.
Our home vet was wonderful in letting us talk through memories of Bailey, helping our cat say goodbye and explaining the process.
It is never easy saying goodbye, but knowing Bailey was able to pass at home in his favourite spot with all his family loving him is a memory I will never forget.
Once we said our goodbyes, we carried him to the vet’s car for cremation services, along with his favourite toy.
I will not hesitate in having another home euthanasia for another pet if the situation allows for it. I highly recommend the Kindest Goodbye.

Seamless and compassionate
My contact with kindness goodbye was one of the best things I ever did. When it was time to say goodbye I contacted my vet and they recommended I call your company. I had no idea prior to that that your service existed. Dr Jenny who came out on the day was like a gift from heaven. She was capable, confident, compassionate and very experienced - she got me immediately. My cat was completely unaware of anything that went on and it went absolutely perfectly and I’m so grateful for your service. I would recommend it to anyone.

At a very sad time, it was made much easier, & less traumatic to our dog & family.Having a vet visit our home & quietly sedating our dog,all the while explaining every step & allowing us time to remember our special moments with her.
Much less traumatic than a veterinary surgery.

The Kindest Goodbye made the worst day that little bit easier. Bridie was very compassionate and empathetic. She gave us time and ensured we knew what was happening along the way. She called and let us know when she was 30 minutes away which helped us be prepared for what was to come. Her kind words made us feel better about the decision we had made and it meant the world that our boy could take his final breaths in his own home with his family. We are so grateful for The Kindest Goodbye. Saying goodbye to our beloved Marley was such a difficult time for us as a family and to have them there made a very hard time a little bit easier. They handled everything from start to finish and being able to have Marley at home surrounded by all those who loved him in his final moments was very special. The process with The Kindest Goodbye made it alot easier for us especially because we didn't have to organise all the little details at such a difficult time when it was already hard enough, it was all taken care of. The people we spoke to from The Kindesy Goodbye were very lovely and empathetic too. We can't thank The Kindest Goodbye enough for taking care of us and our boy Marley.

Compassionate and professional care for Ruby's final goodbye
Making the decision to say goodbye to my bestie Rubydog was one of the saddest things I've ever done, but being able to do it at home made it a little easier.
The vet, Alix was kind, empathetic, and professional from the moment she arrived. She immediately got down to Ruby's level, introduced herself, spoke gently to her, and even offered her treats. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making Ruby feel comfortable and respected.
Alix took the time to explain every step of the process, including both the difficult parts and what to expect along the way. Her honesty, patience, and compassionate approach helped ease a lot of the worry and uncertainty during such an emotional time.
Another aspect I greatly appreciated was the fully online booking process. Being able to arrange & pay for everything online was a huge relief, as I was too emotional to manage a phone call. The process was straightforward, thoughtful, and convenient.
While saying goodbye to Ruby was heartbreaking, I am deeply grateful for the dignity, kindness, and care that Alix provided. I would highly recommend this at home service to anyone facing the incredibly difficult decision of saying goodbye to a beloved non-human family member.

The Kindest Goodbye is Everything the name indicates and more.Thank you for making My Beautiful Baylee's last moment, a loving, caring, gentle, peaceful, stress free, considered time.
There was no rush.David was wonderful from the moment he met My Baylee, he befriended Baylee immediately and made Baylee feel totally at ease.David gave him a couple of treats to distract him and thoughtfully explained everything that was going to happen.Asking me questions about Baylee and getting to know him, making him feel at easy.
The final moments were relaxed, peaceful, loving and totally pain free. David gave me time to grieve with no rush saying goodbye.I felt very comforted with My Baylee's last Goodbye.

A superb Service
Your excellent service, compassion, and generosity during such a very difficult time, was so appreciated.
It was a decision that had to be made with urgency, to assist Maggie ( our cat, Magnificat), to transition from suffering to peace, and the response from your company and Dr Rachael could not have been better. What you offer is a brilliant service. One reflection I have had to make is that perhaps I could have acted sooner, as cats in particular are very adept at hiding pain. They also don't want to leave us, but releasing them from suffering is the greatest gift we can offer each other.

A beautiful service
I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to let their beloved pet go. Our dog was a big old guy and we didn't want the struggle and stress of getting him to the vet. We had a super kind and patient vet come to the house, give us time with him, gently sedate him so he had no fear or upset and he drifted off to sleep. It is still emotional and painful, but the ease for the animal is everything. It felt respectful and loving and allowed us to say goodbye in our home where he was cosy and happy.
