Excellent Product, Brilliant Customer Service & Good Price Point
I purchased this item directly from the company rather than via Amazon where the products are also sold.
I’ve seen people in the past on holiday with these items & was intrigued as to where they purchased them from, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost of the item.
The item itself comes in a pouch with pull string, it comes in a variety of colours & is of excellent quality.
My item was despatched the next day, there was an issue with the item reaching me due to Royal Mail, having E Mailed the company directly, I received a response within the hour, Sarah had arranged for a replacement to be delivered to me. The whole process was a refreshing change, actually dealing with someone on a personal basis was really nice.
I would highly recommend this company & their products, excellent quality, good price point & brilliant customer service & overall customer journey.
