I had to call the trouble shooting line in order to finish paying for my item I ordered. It had no button to click to finish the order. I finally talked to a fine person named Karla who then handled the transaction. She apologized for the inconvenience and handled the order over the phone. She also said she would contact IT to correct the problem. I have been ordering from this company for many years and this is the first time I have had to go through this process. Also It was making me register as a new customer again. Not a good day.
