Stay away — this company cost me £2,500 and delivered nothing but mistakes

I applied for an Innovator Founder Visa through T1 Digital and it was one of the worst decisions I have made. They have a consultant based in Mumbai who guarantees 100% success to get your money — once they have it, that guarantee quietly disappears. Then someone else enters the picture, based in Punjab or Delhi by the sounds of it, though he claims to be UK-based. Make of that what you will.

They took £2,500 upfront. The application they submitted on my behalf was an embarrassment — spelling errors, factual mistakes, a business proposal so poorly written it had no chance of passing scrutiny. They did not even bother proofreading before hitting submit with someone's visa on the line.

It gets worse. Two of my friends separately used them for Global Talent Visa applications. Both rejected. Both appeals also rejected. On top of that, getting any kind of response from them required weeks of chasing. Weeks. For something as time-sensitive as a visa application.

Here is the reality of what this company does: they know that very few consultants in the market handle Global Talent and Innovator Founder visas, so they exploit that gap by making promises they cannot keep. There is no expertise here — just your money being used to fund their trial and error while you bear all the consequences of failure.

Three applications. Three rejections. £2,500 gone. Do not make the same mistake.

Ordered my Dream Router 7 on Friday. I was expecting delivery on either Monday or Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered on Saturday.

First time ever heard about this company. They seemed to offer the item I was after at old price, while all others have hiked it up a month ago. Decided to give it a go.
Super fast next delivery via DHL, excellent communication, with order updates and tracking info.
Will use it again if price is remains competitive.

Firstly, I didn’t have any expectations. Ordering was simple and easy. No issues at all, the experience I received was above and beyond though.

As Mark David sent me an email, as one item was out of stock. To put it simply Mark sorted it and arranged everything, including answering any questions I had.

Efficient service.

Placed an order for a Dell 7420 laptop from this company, apart from the fact the shipping reference changed twice with different couriers they sent out a Dell DC 14 laptop which is half the price that I paid for the one I ordered at £935.00. They’ve been dreadful to deal with and insist I won’t get a refund until I return the junk they sent out. As the customer why should I go out of my way to return the item, what happens if it incurs damage on return, I couldn’t trust this company. Thankfully I placed my order with Amazon who are supporting me in getting my refund. Strongly recommended that anybody looking to purchase a PC from Amazon check who the supplier is, it all feels a bit like a scam

We usually purchase most of our networking equipment from Broadbandbuyer and I was initially a little sceptical about this company. I was drawn to them as their pricing was extremely competitive on some new Ubiquiti devices though to upgrade our systems for our brand new 2Gbps fibre connection.

I tested them a little with their online chat and the response from Lisa and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

After helping to narrow down the best combination of switches, she passed me to Max for an official email quotation who was also extremely helpful and even improved the price a little further for us.

Elena then raised the pro-forma invoice for us to pay and were shipped out the same day (all within 2 hours) for me to recieve them today, ready to install it all over the weekend.

First rate, gold old fashioned service from everyone in the organistaion that I dealt with and I'll definitely be using them again for our network equipment needs.
