Fabulous 2 days training, really helped me move forward in my property journey

I found my training with Aran Curry and the Insight Group engaging, enjoyable and inspiring. I have come away with greatly improved knowledge and confidence and with a comprehensive plan of action to move my property business forward. I was also able to make valuable connections through the networking opportunities available

I am only at the early stages of the training at the moment. From the free training event I learned one route to raising finance that was staring me in the face that I didn't know I had. Today I have learned of another way I can raise finance, So in the space of 6/8 weeks I have gone from being not even sure if I was going to keep letting properties, to then working out how to buy my next, and now today I know how I'm going to buy up to 3 more in the next year. My attitude and ambition has changed for the better in this short time. I was initially put off as I wasn't sure if it was a scam, but after doing the free training session he did and realising that just 1 piece of advise had unlocked to door to getting moving again, I was happy to join the mentorship programme I don't know how much I will expand my portfolio yet.
But what ever it is it will be a lot more than I thought possible only 2 months ago

Excellent. Right up to the end ... a great bit of advice about putting properties into trust. I haven't done so yet & don't think I will now.

Great program gives you the confidence to fully embrace your property journey

Fantastic training. Aran is immensely knowledgeable across all the strategies, always willing to help and give specific answers. The training is clear, detailed and continually updated so one can have complete confidence and I'm sure I can make real progress in my property business as a result signing up with the Insight Group. Aran's team are also super-helpful. The whole experience is second to none.

My wife and I joined one of Arans groups to learn more about property development. He's helped us learn an enormous amount in a short period of time and been amazingly helpful along the way with transactions we've executed. His knowledge is extensive and knowledge base even more extensive, but one of the best things for me is the community he creates around his courses. I'd highly recommend Aran to anyone wanting to fast track their way to building a property portfolio.

Always provide useful guidance and education in all matters for rental properties

I have used Assets for Life; Property Investors Network; Touchstone Education; Insight Group; Samual Leeds, and others, so believe I can provide an honest and balanced opinion regarding each of these organisations.

Many of these organisations' primary objectives are purely that of creating income, and using education as a by-product; continually reworking their database, to sell more and more courses, with little to no support or mentoring.

Too few provide knowledge, support, and mentoring, to the same high standards as Insight Group does.

One of the few property education organisations I would recommend.

I joined Aran's training at the Insight Group because although I wanted to invest in property I was scared and didn't know how/where to start. Aran has offered me a new world not only by giving me the tools to select outstanding houses but also by teaching me the power of the mindset and how to raise infinite money. I have now properties in Tesside and in South Yorkshire as normal family let and also doing service accommodation.And this with none of my own money!!

Within the two years I released £60k of passive income from capital appreciation, which is just above what Aran promised when I joined the course and of Course I now have property that are cash flowing for the eternity.

The whole event is presented by Aran Curry himself unlike many other providers. He has a very easy going manner and the content of his course is brilliant covering both property strategies and mindset. He even make "tax interesting"
Aran is a Great presenter his content is fantastic covering all subjects well with both enough Mic drop moments and humor to hold your attention.
Aran explains everything well and gives plenty of opportunities to ask questions after each session.
The venue has good facilities and his team organise the whole event well inc. the food and networking evenings.

I signed up to the email marketing list a few weeks ago and kept meaning to attend a webinar. I finally watched a free one tonight and both my partner and I went in with very low expectations (for a free property seminar which is usually just an up—sell) however we were both left pleasantly surprised!
