The website is The INIA .com. They sell a variety of beauty products - with the most expensive being red light and NIR red light therapy masks. While the technology is a proven way to improve your skin, the INIA GLOW 4D 940nm Dual NIR Wireless LED Mask does not have LED lights in this mask to treat the chin, upper lip and nose. I requested a refund and said I would return the product. I got the biggest runaround you can imagine and the very worst customer serviceI have experienced in a very long time. First I was offered $15 to keep it for a while - because of course you’ll forget and the 90 days will have passed and they’ll have your money forever. I bought this mask on sale for $184. Then the customer service rep said well faces coming all different sizes. There is no way on earth, no matter what face you had that this mask would treat the chin the upper lip and the nose because there are just are no LEDs there. So then I asked for an RMA number no, we don’t use that. In another email I had to ask for the mailing address. It came back with the most confusing address that I had to Google it to figure out how to properly write it. Then I asked for a phone number. We don’t use RMAs or identifiers or phone numbers. This is a company that really just wants to delay or prevent your product return. Once you get an address be very careful or it will get lost. It goes to a very large warehouse processing center, where if you’re unlucky, it gets lost forever. Customer service truly didn’t care until I said I was going to write a review on Trustpilot, Instagram and Facebook. Then it was like oh we’re sorry… Just go with a better company. You could try Omni Lux, Cleopatra, or Solawave and get a much finer product. The mask is made in China so you should be able to find something similar by just doing some research. I do not recommend INIA.

UPDATE -- I did finally get a refund, but it took over a month to receive it. I have added back 2 stars as a result.
I ordered a $169 product over a month ago and have not received it. I have sent multiple messages to customer service, which is always answered by a different person who gives me different information. They have a me a measely $10 refund for the delay -- but now even when I show them that the delivery transit notes stopped 10 days ago, which means it was lost, they still continue to give me the runaround for giving me a full refund. They also refuse to give me one single person to talk to and instead every reply on this extremely long message string is answered by a different CSR, which is infuriating.
Save your money. I have no idea how their products work, but they sent me nothing and I'm out $170.

Purchased 2 devices and the gel, used for the 30 days as they suggested, theses devices are not worth the 230.00 spent to purchase they don’t provide the claimed results I’ve requested a refund and I was told I would need to pay for the shipment to be returned which I did my research after they told me this and that is there policy and also they requested that I change or delete my review about there devices, these products are all the rave only because of social media not because they produce real results

Ordered the Inia flare facial device that quit working less than a month. Customer service had no contact number, only an email address. Refused to give me an address for an even exchange, or return product for a refund. Did not honor 90 day return policy, so I am stuck with a product not functional. SCAM

I received my product and after a couple of uses it stopped working, there customer service was quick and sent out a new product which I received in less than 2weeks

The most frustrating company to get delivery information from.
A simple question re which courier they use for delivery to Australia has become a 5 day saga- Telling me they do not know which courier delivers for them in Australia..
Come on... if you are sending an order to a customer, you WILL know which courier is delivering it.
This is the most frustrating experience just to get required information (So the customer knows the best address to use for delivery- to see WHAT the delivering hours are of the courier and to see if a signature is required or if they can apply ATL without a signature)-
This provides the customer with ZERO confidence that the order will even be delivered!!

​Sin embargo, como punto de mejora para la empresa, me gustaría que fueran más trasparentes con la documentación. En su publicidad mencionan certificaciones de la FDA y CE médico, pero estas no aparecen de forma clara en el packaging ni se facilita un número de registro (como el K-number de la FDA) para verificarlas de forma externa. Para un producto de salud cutánea, esta información es vital para generar confianza total.
​Si mejoran la visibilidad de su documentación oficial y registros, serían una marca de 5 estrellas sin duda.
